About SequelOrder

SequelOrder answers one question for every film franchise: what order to watch it in. Each page gives the release order, the chronological order, runtimes, what is optional, and what is coming next.

Who makes it. The site is compiled by Ayush Sondhi, a site owner, not a film critic. There are no reviews or opinions here, only the order and the facts needed to plan a watch.

Where the facts come from. Release dates and runtimes come from the Wikipedia page of each film, which cites the studio or the national film boards. Upcoming entries come from studio announcements. Every page lists its sources at the bottom.

How pages are made. Tables are built with software from a checked data file, then reviewed before publishing. Chronological orders are set by hand where a film's story setting differs from its release year, and the page says when a date is a story setting rather than a release year.

How often pages change. Every page carries a change log. The site checks for new releases, confirmed dates and title changes every week, and re-verifies every table against its sources once a month. If you spot an error, the corrections page explains how to report it.

What the site does not do. It does not list where to stream a film, and it does not rate films. Posters and stills belong to their studios and are not used here.
